Where the Wild Things Are: an album by Wildscape
On August 31st, 2015, Wildscape released their debut album "Where the Wild Things Are" on Soundcloud. The subject matter of this album comes from stories that the members wrote themselves, that alude to real life situations that they've been through. Initially, the album sounds like the chronicals of some "rich kids" whose parents kick them out and send them to a camp filled with inner city kids where they learn about life and the value of money. In real life terms, the "camp" is actually high school, and the "rich kids" are the members of Wildscape, and with these stories they describe what drugs have done to them and their friends, dysfunctional relationships with family members, and even feelings of suicide. Throughout the journey of this album, the listeners grow to love and feel for the characters and their situations. The album contains executive production from jopippins, and vocals from jopippins, JK, ProdiJ, and Nick Jordan.
