ASCAP’s “On the Come Up” Showcase Series Returns ASCAP is bringing its "On The Come Up" showcase series to Los Angeles, New York and Atlanta. The series features intimate performances from some of ASCAP’s urban artists on the rise. Last year’s live showcase featured Kanye West collaborator Allan Kingdom and singer-songwriter PJ, who has written for artists like Wiz Khalifa and Usher.
